it says i've spent £157 since 1/sept/2015, this is wrong

please help

i'm not getting my rewards,, that mission alone to buy an xbox one s ,from the 18/10/2016 is done in fact I bought one on the 14/10/2016 which don't count.....and one on the 25/11/2016 which does?

I have spent a small fortune this year and since registering for rewards,

can you have a look at my a/c spend and sort the points out, and maybe any rewards I should of got,

I've spent £893.25 since October this year alone

Star Rank Isn't Properly Reflecting Last Year's Purchases

Hi.

So I spent $600 since Sept. 2015, but my star rank is only 1 on my Xbox Live Rewards page.

Please help, thanks.

Hi Absolute Shower. Smwutches is correct. Your total eligible spend is £157.47. The rest was consumables which are not eligible for MyVIP.

Support will double check, but keep in mind that only content eligible for VIP is what they are referring to. So subscriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders are not included.

The forum you posted in is the Reward Program Discussion forum. It is not monitored by the staff. If you have not already, you need to re-post your topic but change the Forum Type to "Support" then they will be able to assist you.

Once you do that, keep in mind it takes 1-2 business days for the staff to reply and they only work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST. They do not work weekends.

Keep in mind that MyVip spending progress is reset every year. It was previously Sept. 2014 to Sept. 2015, but from instead of Sept 2015 to Sept 2016 they extended it to December 31st 2016 so that the NEW reset dates are January 1st to December 31st.
