It says I own all the DLCs for BF4 and yet when i try to install them it makes me pay for them

I highly recommend checking your order history just to make sure the DLC is there on the list.

If they are there, try performing a power cycle for the console, also try removing and re-adding your profile.

If they do not appear there, I suggest contacting the support through: Contact us | Xbox Support

I have the same problem, I have had the game and all DLC's installed since dec 2018, they all worked yesterday, now all my DLC's are not shown in game and on the store, it says I own them, but for me to install them, when I try it says I have no compatible
devices.

There is nothing waiting to be installed. All of this was bought when the the game first came out. The wasteland workshop says it isn't owned. But I purchased all of the dlcs for the game. All of them are installed but the game says "not installed". I
can't uninstall the dlcs because it is showing I would have to purchase them all again.

season pass does show up as being owned there are two dlc that don't show up as being owned yet they are in the gold edition it did let me install them before the dlc mentioned are Watch Dogs 2 Punk Rock Pack and the Urban Artist Pack besides them not showing
as being owned the game has worked fine for me with no issues (all gold edition dlc installed with no issues when i first got the game)

Are the new maps up yet, im getting a strange error message when i try to play on them, in the menu it says "the playlist requires one or more downloadable map packs that your or someone in your private lobby doesnt own", well im not in a private lobby there
is only me here and my dlc is already installed
