After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. This missing information is also why our system is incorrectly asking you to update your data. Since this issue is currently being caused by a
database not under our control, we have escalated the problem, and it is currently being worked on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for
your patience while our other team works on a solution.

There's a breakdown of your points on the reward site. First tab is points awarded, those should all show a date that tells you when they were deposited. Pending points will accumulate until you get to 100+, then they are awarded on the 15th or 30th of the
month. If you go here http://rewards.xbox.com/faq/ and click on My Rewards, there's some great info under the Rewards section.

If you read through the Terms and Conditions, there is a statement in there that says any points that you may have triggered will appear as pending once it is verified and could be posted to your balance in at least 45 days. This is under the Program Limit
section:

"4. It will take up to 96 hours after Enrollees perform point earning activities for their corresponding Microsoft Points to appear in the Enrollee’s Account as "pending". An Enrollee needs 100 or more "pending" Microsoft Points before the Microsoft Points
will be converted to "awarded". Once an Enrollee has 100 or more "pending" Microsoft Points, it will take up to 45 days for such Microsoft Points to appear in the Enrollee's Account as "awarded". Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to award
Microsoft Points at a later date if additional time is needed for any reason. Microsoft Points in an Enrollee's Account as "pending" cannot be redeemed until they appear in the Account as "awarded".

So please be patient and keep checking your rewards page from now and than. I'm sure they will show up in pending eventually.

Sorry preacher but that isnt the case, my points awarded to date are 810 and points pending is sitting at 110 still, the last awarded date is 02/03/13 and the last pending date was 07/31/13

You should receive an email about a pending amount, the reward points are not awarded until you have amassed over 100 MS points and then it can take about 15 days to get them. If you have more than 100 points pending you should be awarded them by the end
of the month. Please let us know if this is not the case, if you have been waiting for more than 30 days for your 100+ pending points to post. Or keep us posted if you do not get any email about it from the rewards program.
