It says I need gold but I have 12 months left

I shows I need gold but yet I already have 13 months left. Pictures taken 3/2/18

I’ve already tried removing my account, holding power button for 10s, and turning off the Xbox for 5 mins.

Anything else I should do?

Redeemed code for 12 months Xbox live gold and it will not work. I can get online but the. Says o need gold to play gta 5?

Problems trying to apply for ambassador

I see the Gamerscore error on the Ambassador sign-up but not the Enforcement United. However, both places show I don't have Gold. I have 1 month left. Maybe I need to apply for a 3 or 12-month subscription? Also it says my tenure does not meet the requirement
& it's 6. Guess I'll try again later when the bugs are all worked out.

I already have left Xbox Live Gold for 12 months.

So, On purchasing GPU I will get 12 months of GPU.

Do the recurring billing of GPU will start in the subsequent month of after 12 months?

I have the same issue.. I bought 12 months of xbox live gold 2 months ago.. and I canceled my 1 month free trial of xbox ultimate.. when I did that it cancelled my xbox live gold, I should have 10 months of gold left over.. your saying they just steal
my money and theres no way to just continue on gold I should have unless I buy it all over again?

If you still have the full 12 months of Gold left, you'll have 13 months of Ultimate.

I just purchased a 12 month Gold membership, however, when I sign into Xbox live it says I still need a Gold membership. My online account shows that I purchased the 12 month subscription in my transaction too.
