    I am trying to play games online on my pc with the xbox game pass and so it says when i try to go online to sign in to a account with online access so i tried going into my online setting but every time i do it takes me to the same support page and not
    my privacy settings. And no i cannot do this on an xbox becuase i do not have an xbox.

    A setting keeps reverting to block instead of allow

    My problem isn’t being able to play on the xbox one console. I can change the privacy settings on the console easily. But for some reason when I go to the Xbox website and go to my privacy settings it says thay my allow online multiplayer is set to block
    while on console is set to allow and I can change it on console but not the website.

    it is saying on the in-game store after clicking the confirm purchase is says premium content blocked for this profile to change your privacy and online settings, go to settings, privacy but the settings arent the same so it wont work
