it says I have 100% packet loss even though it signs me in online can anyone help

for some reason xbox one signs me in online and it lets me play any other multiplayer game but when I try to play destiny it says error code marionberry which leds me to something that says I have 100% packet loss I've tried everything. Can anyone help

i cant even sign in, same scenario though 100% packet loss. almost 24 hrs later same issue not resolved.....ps4 anyone?

me too , even after I reset my modem, it still says that I have 100% packet loss

 

Marionberry suggests a networking issue. There are problems with your connection that is preventing you from playing. If you are connected wireless then I would recommend trying an ethernet cable to see if that helps.

If you have packetloss... and if your xbox is wired in..

I would reseat all the network cables (CAT 7 cables) and reboot

Run Network Diagnostics to check the packet loss stats

(Settings --> All Settings-->Network--> Network Settings --> Detailed network statistics)
