it says i cant play multiplayer becouse of my settings

I need to have a familiy on microsoft to play minecraft online, but i have done a family and put myself under kids, but i still cant play

Can you please sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings and from there make sure that these settings are set to “allow” or “everyone”:

* You can see and upload community creations

* You can communicate outside of Xbox Live with voice & text

* Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites

* You can play with people outside of Xbox Live

* You can create and join clubs

* You can join multiplayer games

Make sure to hit “submit” when you made any changes.

Also, once done, restart your device before trying again.

It re directs me to a page that says you cant change your privacy setting becouse

It stays the same. Like all i did was unsubmit then resubmit and then it worked for like 5 seconds and all of a sudden i cant play multiplayer cause of my microsoft account settings. And my privacy settings still say it is enabled for multiplayer.
