    Unlicensed Xbox controllers cannot be used. I suggest you return it.

    Day ONE controller died. New controller DIED????

    The new Xbox One controllers from my experience are the best made controllers i have ever used. Back on the Xbox 360 i use to go through a new controller every 3 months because of tiny faults like a squeeky trigger or thumbstick not centering perfectly.
    I have had a Xbox One controller since launch and have not even had one fault, and that's from a guy who games around 10+ hours a day when possible...

    Is it possible you mistreated your controllers? Hitting buttons too hard? throwing your controller? Dropping it? I do push the buttons on my controller very lightly but have dropped it a few times and it's fine.

    You seem to be having trouble getting a third-party accessory to work correctly on the Xbox One controller.

    Controller vibration stopped working on 2 different controllers

    Switched on my xbox one again and the controller now working this seem to be a fault how we see how it goes. I contacted MS and they said to send them the controller but not buying a new controller so I can sent the day one back to them. Not missing double
