It looks like you don’t have any applicable device(s) linked to your Microsoft account.

After buying a game through Microsoft.com it asks me where I want to install. But it says no applicable devices. After a few seconds the xbox started to download the game on its own so at least they're talking to each other .

However in my devices overview my xbox shows just fine. What's going on?

Earthworm Jim HD... can't download

I have an Xbox 360 super elite console registered through the xbox store. When I choose "Install on my device" for the game Earthworm Jim HD, I get the message: "It looks like you don’t have any applicable device(s)
linked to your Microsoft account."

When I search using the Xbox services, Earthworm Jim HD doesn't seem to even show up anywhere. I've purchased, downloaded and played this on another device I own, so this is entirely unusual and seems broken.

How can I play my game on my Xbox 360?

On another note, you may want to take a little extra care when posting screen shots left tab on the screen grab is hmm yea well I guess you like redheads. Don't worry though, your secret is perfectly safe with me and the rest of the internet :/

 

Sorry to hear it. If the purchase did push to your console then the issue was more than likely a glitch. Sometimes I try to make a purchase on the website and my payment method does not show so I have to do it on the console. The, later, the payment
method shows up again.

I had a similar problem. Fortunately there are 3 options for making and managing purchases: the xbox store, the website, and the windows store app. Whenever one of these fails, the other resolves.
