    I have tried everything to get it working my console is up to date my internet is working fine yet it is just stuck on 3% and it keeps saying installation stoped HELP

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known internal database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly
    communicated to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. This missing information is also why our system is incorrectly asking you to update your data. This issue is currently being worked

    Network Connection Type: Wireless

    If Wireless, what type of encryption are you using? WEP

    If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter? Internal

    Things you have tried:

    Is UPnP Enabled? Unknown

    Is NAT Type Open? Yes

    Any Error Codes you encounter: None

    What type of internet do you have? Cable

    Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? Xfinity/Comcast (whatever it is)

    After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" and click on "More info", what is the exact message shown on screen?

    None, just when I hit "Y" for the status it gives me that error message
