    I'm at the party where I got to add password and when I do verify my password it goes back to add password

    If you're using an app (like the Xbox app or a web browser), try shutting it down completely and restarting it.



    Make sure your internet connection is stable. Connection issues may interfere with the authentication process.



    If possible, try accessing your account on another device (such as a PC, phone, or another console) to see if the problem persists at all.

    Trying to change email address on my Xbox Live account

    Is the email address verified? If it is verified, sign in to account.live.com and click add or change alias. There you can add a new email, make it the primary alias and removed the hacked email address. If it is not verified, but you know the password,
    sign in to verifyme.microsoft.com and when it says your email hasn't been verified it will give you an option to change the email address you sign in with.

    Its usually an issue with an unverified email from Windows Live support.

    Go to that website it directs you to. Does it say your email needs to be verified? If not, you still will want to update/add password reset options.

    Log in to account.live.com, then click on the link that says "Security and password", it may ask you to verify your identity with a security code, follow the prompts, then add a new alternate email and phone, if you already have one, delete them, and re-add
    them.

    If you know what the email and Microsoft account password is for the adult account you can just add it back to the console if you do not know what the password is but know the email you can go to account.live.com/acsr and fill out the account recovery form
    and try to reset the password and once its reset you can then add it back to the console
