    It keep tellibg me to update profile??


    so I have credits building up for over a month. And this is the first time I'm ever having this problem with rewards. But it keep telling me to update my profile. And when I click on it. Everything accurate / up to date. So idk what going on can anyone help
    or is having this problem? But whenever I call Xbox support they tell me that there nothing they can do on there part. Which is why Im on this forum.

    Why does it keep telling me to update my info?!?

    I have pending deposits but it keeps telling me I need to update my info. Ive updated several times but it still says the same exact thing! I would love to get my reward point converted soon. Thanks.

    It keep wanting me to upgrade, then freezes

    I guess I'll have to quit playing, I am not going to up grade. It's supposed to be free
