It is official, a billion dollar company has one job and they still screw it up.

Me and my friend decided to start talking after a fight but every time we unblock eachother and friend eachother it blocks eachother again if we join the same party. ALSO if someone joins the party with some friends it makes a random person in the party
muted and you then have to spam the unmute button 20 or so times to actially get the dang thing to unmute. Im sick of xbox's constant issues with their servers, match making and much more they have one job and they still screw it up so many times its hard
to count. Stop creating updates amd just LEAVE IT ALONE. NONE OF US CARE ABOUT YOUR STUPID SERVER UPDATES YOUR CAUSING MORE HARMTHAN HAPPINESS, AT LEAST GIVE US AN OPTION TO WHETHER WE WANT THE UPDATE BECAUSE IF YOU DINT FIX YOUR GAME THE Company

Is Xbox one can still be considered a console?

I'm sure M$ knows what they are doing. They are a 270 billion dollar company while Sony is only a 16 billion.

 

How about a reward for UK customers?

TV intergration arrived last month, plug in bt youview or sky and setup the one guide, it is all there and voice controlled goodness, also Microsoft is a multi billion dollar company, not trillion dollar. and give it a rest with all this resolution rubbish.

 

Yuor site is so slow it stopped me from writing on it. This company sucks, their controllers break easily, their digital purchases are overprised, they dont allow money trading, XBOX IS THE WORST CONSOLE TO HAVE EVER COME TO THIS WORLD. I cant wait until
this game company goes bankrupt

Or party limits. Blacklisting people from parties to keep them joinable and maybe occasional notifications to updating your hardware if you decided to not update. Again i apologise for being angry, its just i have had many problems and i was having a *slight*
meltdown.

Updates ARE a pain, Windows 10, Xbox 360, Xbox One. Xbox One goes through a system update every month, same with Windows 10. And the average human doesn't leave their devices on 24/7 for some instant mode to kick in.

But think of it this way. Microsoft has an email address, phone numbers, worldwide locations, and chat.... for Support.

Facebook has nadda Support. You got to go through their various support channels appropriate channels. Yet they're a multi million dollar company too. Facebook has poor management ESPECIALLY when it comes to the Support side where
people are having issues receiving SMS codes. Vodafone told me this week me not receiving sms's is a problem on their side, probably cause they get some cheap garbage supplier to do it. Microsoft/Google/Yahoo!/Apple/Sony can send sms verification codes instantly.
Plus their Support staff get back to you within 1-24 hours. Facebook they go by case and you end up waiting in this massive line which is why they can reply to your enquiry within 24 hours. Shocking, I know. And then Microsoft has more moral than the Facebook
owners cause in Microsoft's terms, they acknowledge other countries rights when it comes to privacy and consumer rights, in applicable law, for members who live outside the US. I remember this week Facebook said NZ privacy laws don't apply just cause they're
a US company, when the government here said no, they do apply. Governments could ban the service in their country, in fact a few do! Rant over. I apologize for this post, but it goes to show how shocking FB support is compared to. Microsoft which, no surprise,
has a lot better Support.

I would recommend leaving your console on standby mode and when you leave home (for school or work or what have you) you could turn it off at the wall. It may also help to get better internet too, that way you can download those
updates faster. It's not just them that do updates. My phone, pc, consoles, tv, want updating too. Another reason why they may not give us an option is it may help with security. Say a console can't do this until it has the latest firmware patch. It's a case
with Xbox 360 so that they can ban any unauthorized console that tries to connect to the service. So I guess it helps instead of half people have this firmware update, half are still on an older firmware version. And then it's down to the game developers too
who chuck updates at us.
