If it has been longer than 10 business days, please contact Xbox Support for further assistance. They will be able to look into the status of your refund and provide you with more information.

Keep. In mind that some.cards want.show refunds till.the next billing cycle

Refunds can take up to 48 hours to be processed. Only if it has been approved when you submitted the refund form.

It has been longer than 48 hours since the first purchase failed and yet I have still not received my funds back

I have already been charged for the item but it is not in my store inventory or anything, there is no purchase history of it on my Microsoft account but I have been charged and I was told to wait 48 hours for a refund but nothing has happened it has been 4 days now
