To clarify on this promotion, in order to be eligible for the Halo Wars: Definitive Edition code, you would have needed to pre-order/purchased the Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition by February 17, 2017. Codes are then sent within 7 to 10 days to your Xbox Live
Messages for redemption. Which day did you pre-order/purchase the game? You can see you purchase history by visiting
commerce.microsoft.com and clicking on Purchase History.

I purchased it on February 18th and the bundle states Halo Wars Definitive Edition is included. When I view the store page for Halo Wars Definitive Edition it says "you already own this game." The numerous support representatives I have spoken to all said
I should be receiving the game. Do you mean to tell me that all of these people failed to include some pertinent information regarding me receiving this game? I am unable to download it, despite me supposedly already owning it. This makes absolutely no
sense, and I am thoroughly disappointed in how this matter is being resolved.

Keep in mind that it will take 7-10 days after your purchase of Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition to received a code for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition in your Xbox Live inbox. Since it has not been 10 days after your purchase, please post a new thread if you
happen to not receive a code by January 7th. 2017 so we can further assist!
