If the refund was approved by Xbox more than 5 business days ago (taking into account that Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not business days), please respond to the email you received notifying you of the refund approval. It should be removed at the same time the money has been sent back. It should be within 5 to 7 business days from the time you got an email that says the refund request has been accepted.

Hi Ricardo Lechuga. I hope that you are doing well. On Saturday 12th March I submitted a refund request to Microsoft which was accepted. On the email it stated that the refund will be credited to my account within 5 business days. It is now Friday(the last day) and there has been no money paid into my account. Refunds takes from 3 to 5 business days to be completed, first you will receive an email confirming that the refund request was accepted, have you received this email already?

Hi, I was given a refund and received the confirmation emails that the refund had been accepted. I used my debit card to pay for most of the items and used my paypal to pay for the rest. However when the refunded money came back I only received the money that I had spent with my paypal. Will I ever get the money from my debit card back?

How long has it been since you got confirmation of the refund? It can take up to 5 business days for refunds to process through the banking system...on the other hand, Paypal doesn't work the same way hence you have received that quickly
