    I have tried writing an appeal to get my Xbox account unbanned but have had no luck trying to submit it as it keeps bringing up an error message. What do I do now?

    I understand you're having trouble writing an appeal about your ban, kindly try it on a different device, or a different browser and clear your browser cache: Clearing your browser cache can help to fix issues with the submission form. Try clearing your cache and cookies, then reloading the submission page and try again.

    Hi, thanks for the quick response. As soon as I saw this reply, I tried appealing on a different device and it didn’t work. I cleared browser cache and cleared cookies but it didn’t work.
