It doesn’t let me buy Madden points

I’m trying to buy madden points but it doesn’t process the payment when I’m using the credit card and at the bottom it appears something that says ESTEfaND8kqbkRll.11.3.1.3.2.1 2019/02/05 - 22:03:58 UTC can you please solve this problem.

I m schizophrenic and bipolar. I spent $500 on madden 20 and $300 on madden 22 MUT. I thought it was madden 22 not madden 20 hence why I spent so much on a 4 year old game. It wasn’t fraud. I paid for it. And I didn’t realize it was madden 20 until after I made the purchases. All I am asking for is a refund on my madden points if you can somehow transfer the points that I spent on madden 20 and put them in my madden 22 account, since they cost the exact same and I don’t play madden 20. I spent 60,000 points on madden 20 within the last 3 weeks but I haven’t even played a single game since I found out it was released in 2019.

I click buy points and nothing responds. I can’t even press a to buy the points. Thats the error I’m having. When I try to buy points just nothing happens.

what error do you get? also, did you make a payment to your cards online within the same bank institution or through different banks?

Have you tried to make the purchase using a computer and a console? Does the error occur in both hardware?

If you are on a computer, access the site using an alternative browser or enable your browser's InPrivate mode.

To use InPrivate mode on Microsoft Edge, click the three dots on the top right of the screen and select "New InPrivate Window".

You can also press CTRL+SHIFT+N keys together on your keyboard.

If it still does not work, the best course of action is to contact Support.

Type in your query: "Unable to complete a purchase"

Click on Get Help.

Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

Select your "Other Products" and "Billing and payment updates" > Confirm.

Select Chat with support agent > Confirm > Start Chat.
