Let me help you with your concern today. Please note that this is a public forum, I will be responding to you in short period of time and I apologize for a delay in response. As I am merely a user trying to provide insight and information that may be helpful.

Have you already tried using a different browser to check if the same issue will occur? If you have Game Pass Ultimate, try to check if other cloud games will experience the same issue.

Please try doing this, in the in-game settings, go to the Account & Privacy settings. Select "Controller" under "Device" and restart Fortnite.

If the issue will persist, try these steps. >Go to xbox.com/play >Select the Settings icon. > Select the Manage games tab. >Select Fortnite. >Delete reserved space

Ya I know that Fortnite isn’t available on iPhone anymore but I’m using cloud gaming

Yes I'm aware of that and even Ricardo said so, but when i play a game let's take fortnite here. I connect to the Middle East servers (which are the closest) and on my old isp it used to give me 28 ping and now it's 165-175. But playing fortnite on mobile (on my new isp) gives me the usual 25-32 ping.

I am trying to play fortnite on xbox cloud gaming (beta) but whenever i go to press play it says this title is not currently supported on xbox cloud gaming (beta) but it was working a few hours earlier to this issue . If theres any issues go to do with my device (steam deck) pls let me know beacuse i also tried it on mobile and its not working my region is uk and my device is steam deck if you know the issue please ket me know as soon as possible and if its anything to do with my device or region let me know thank you

Fortnite via Xbox Cloud Gaming is only available for web browser access and cannot be launched from the Xbox Cloud Gaming mobile app, Xbox app for Windows or the Xbox console game library. First, you must access the Fortnite page on Epic Games. Then click "Play Now" in the yellow rectangle. From there you will be redirected to the Fortnite page on Xbox Cloud Game. There, just click on "Play", and then the site will ask you to login.
