    It been over a week and I never received my refund


    I never received a refund yet because I bought a headset on my Xbox one and it went to the wrong address and the delivery driver said something about rst or something on the website but I want a refund and I paid with my Microsoft credits and it was 65$ and I want my refund

    Hello Damien, you have already received a refund department response saying that your refund has been approved, if yes, there are two possibilities.

    If your purchase was made with microsoft account balance it quickly returns to your account.

    However, if you used a credit card, Microsoft refunded the amount to your card within 72 hours, but because it doesn't have access to financial transactions from financial entities, it may take more than 30 days to appear on your invoice because of your credit card billing cycle.

    Not received my refund nearly been 3 weeks

    Hi J, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    Once the refund has been approved and already stated as "refunded" on your order history (https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders), it will now depend on your bank on when they will credit back the money but it usually takes 5-7 business days.

    Since it's nearly 3 weeks, kindly validate if it's showing as "refunded" on your order history in that way you can reach out to your bank to validate.
