Try going to:

https://account.live.com/consent/Manage

it's the place where you manage websites and apps that you've connected to your Microsoft account. from there find PlayStation, PS, or something similar and remove them. that should allow you to connect your Microsoft account to a different PS account.

Playstation does not allow you to connect different accounts to the PS account. Once a PS account and an Xbox account have been connected, they cannot be connected to any other account. You have to use the original Microsoft account.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. You would not be unlinking a PS account from your Microsoft account, you would be unlinking the Microsoft account from your PS account. So, you may need to do this either from your PS settings, your PS account settings
or from within Minecraft itself.

If you haven't already, try contacting PS support for further support. Also, take a look at this

"Minecraft for PS4 FAQ". It does state that there may be complications with unlinking the account.

The error message says your PS account is linked to your new Microsoft Account.

You are trying to play on a PS console, correct?

You tried to use your Microsoft Account (A) with your PS Account (A1).

It didn't work, then you created a new Microsoft Account (B) and tried to link it to your PS Account (A1).

Then you are receiving the error message.

I understand you need help with your Microsoft account problem with being connected to another PS4 account.

Unfortunately, this can only be changed if you still have access to the linked PS4 account from this specific Microsoft account. You would need to find out with PS what the account was being linked on there or if you have other accounts you can check with PS that might be linked to that old Microsoft account.

You also could not find this through your Microsoft account log in since this can only be checked with the PS account.
