i boughy the game from amazon on monday, it came this morning, but my xbox doesn't seem to recognise the disk or want to install it?!?

Sea of Thieves: error in the istallation

Goodmorning,

yesterday I bought on Mycrosoft Store "Sea of Thieves". I tried to download the game from the store and until 2.00 GB there are not problems. When it arrives at 2.00GB there is the error code: "0x87e00005", the istallation is stopped at this point. Someone
could help me?

Sorry to hear about the issue. Does your Xbox One console recognize any other game discs or is it just your Final Fantasy XV disc? If it's just your FFXV disc, it is possible that the disc is damaged in which case, you'd want to reach out to Amazon support
and ask for a replacement copy. If your console is not reading any discs, you'll want to check out the >>disc drive troubleshooting guide<<
and follow the steps provided there.

Hello does your son have disk and a Xbox series x if yes did it let you install the game because it doesn't give me the option
