Issues with xbox

Any one notice how poorly this platform is managed? I see alot of volunteers fanboying the service but that's essentially it. I don't understand how this service is setup in a way that's damaging and uncaring to long term members and users. And after dealing
with my first comms ban as well as aslew of other issues recently that I've never had to deal with in the last 10 years I have to say this is crazy.

I know I'll get a few community bots that will say don't break the rules or that it's fine it honestly is not. I've been called legless by some one for months though it's harassment it's not against tos. I said one word to them and I get flagged for comms
like what this is absurd.

And there's no one to even talk to about this and ontop of it a few months ago Xbox decided to scam me out of money and won't repay me. I am also not the first to deal with this (nor the last) so the crew here need to stop acting like this is isolated or
that it's only happening to bad people.

Also has any one looked into potential class action lawsuits? Even the Xbox one x was sold under false pretenses as it's operating system had a fatal flaw that is well documented. I'd imagine it would still be difficult to go about as it deals with services
that they have predefined (and that don't work).
