    Issues with xbox one and amazon prime


    Having issue accessing amazon prime on my xbox one. It keeps tryonf to download an update but stopping half way through. It also keeps tryonf to download a Beta software but this fails as well. There is enough space on hard drive and internet all working
    OK.

    Xbox One and Amazon Prime Video.

    I checked the list and have done all they have listed. I have reset the router, factory reset the box, uninstalled and reinstalled the Amazon Prime video.

    I have spent 5 hours with amazon support and 2 hours with Xbox support. I have an Xbox One and Xbox One X that have the same problem with Amazon Prime Video.

    I can go into Prime Video, select a video, the video will play, I hear the audio but have a black screen.

    I have tried the Xbox on two T.V.s. I tried the Amazon Prime Video on the Xbox 360 and it works.

    Amazon Prime Video is worked up until 10 days ago. And is the only video app not working correctly.

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times over the last month, but it has not fixed the issue. Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ all work great.

    I have uninstalled the app several times and reinstalled it, so it should have all the latest updates. This is also the only app I am having issues with. Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ all work great.

    Have you checked if there an update available for the APP? I'm currently having no issues with Amazon Prime on both my S and X. Is this the only streaming APP that is having this issue? How's your network?
