This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. Microsoft Rewards Points and the Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program, so we are not fully informed on their issues. You should try contacting their support team via the Microsoft Rewards website.

 

Reference numbers are only used by phone and chat support. Forum support does not have access to that system. For the best assistance, you'll need to post the issue you're having.

 

The Issue I'm having is my points have not shown up for digital purchases. Is there something I'm missing?

 

What offers are you looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

 

The first one I was curious about is the pre order punch card. Does that only go into effect once you pre order three titles? or will you see the progress of pre orders. Because I have two games pre ordered at the moment

And then my other purchases I guess are irrelevant in this case

 

You won't see the credits pending until after all 3 preorders have been released, but on the punchcard's site you will see an area at the top of the list of games where it says "Punch my Pre-order" and numbers 1-3. As you purchase eligible games you should
see those "punched" about 96 hours after you make an eligible purchase.

For the Games on Demand offer, only pre-orders made during the offer period are eligible for the offer. Since the current Games on Demand offer began in January, your December pre-order of Halo Wars 2 was not applied toward this offer. Instead, it went toward
the "A Rewards Story" offer that was available last month. However, that offer required other purchases in order to complete the offer and receive Credits.

I can confirm that we are currently investigating an issue with some purchases of Mass Effect Andromeda. While our platform team investigates this issue, we will move ahead and manually award a punch for your purchase. You should see it appear at the top
of the punchcard on the mission page for Games on Demand. This change should appear shortly. Apologies for the confusion.
