    Hi everyone,

    I'm encountering an issue with my Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription. Recently, I renewed my subscription, but it's not reflecting on my account. I've confirmed that the payment went through successfully, and I've received a confirmation email from Microsoft. However, when I log into my account on my Xbox console and through the Xbox app on my PC, it's still showing as if I don't have an active subscription.

    I've tried signing out and back into my account, restarting my Xbox console, and even uninstalling and reinstalling the Xbox app, but the issue persists. Has anyone else experienced this problem, and if so, how did you manage to resolve it? Any assistance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

    The solution is most likely just time. The system needs to update and reflect what the account actually shows. In the case of the Game Pass Ultimate conversion process, it will indeed show that your subscriptions to Gold and/or Game Pass will be canceled,
    with the Game Pass Ultimate subscription replacing it.

    To validate the payment for the subscription please go to: https://account.microsoft.com > Order history.

    And to check on the subscription status, do it here: https://account.microsoft.com > Services and subscription.

    If the charge showed up and your subscription shows active then it means you should be able to use the Ultimate pass subscription to your account.

    If incase that it isn't there, you may have activated the subscription on a different account. Kindly check all the accounts you owned because one of them might have the subscription.

    They will not have the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription on their account but they'll be able to have access to the game pass library and play online games due to you having the Xbox game pass ultimate.
