    Hello everyone,

    I'm experiencing some issues with sharing Xbox Game Pass Ultimate across profiles on my console. It seems that the subscription benefits aren't being recognized on the secondary accounts. I've ensured that my console is set as the home Xbox under my main account, but other profiles are still unable to access the Game Pass library or any of its features.

    Has anyone else faced a similar problem, and if so, what solutions have worked for you? Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi, Nicole! I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble sharing your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to other profiles on your console. No worries, I'm happy to assist you with this today.

    I would like for us to start from the beginning, so I would suggest checking how many switches left you have because we will be removing the accounts.

    1. Remove all profiles first.

    2. Clear cache

    Press and hold the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds until it turns off.

    Remove everything that is connected to the console

    Wait for 3 minutes then connect the Power cord and HDMI cable.

    3. Sign in your account which has the subscription and all other profiles.

    4. Make your account as Home Xbox. (the one with the subscription)

    Please do the following:

    1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

    2. Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Personalisation >My home Xbox.

    You can do two things :

    A. To make this your home Xbox, select "Make this my home Xbox."

    B. To remove this console as your home Xbox, select Make this my home Xbox and then Remove this as my home Xbox.

    5. Switch to other profiles and test the games again.

    My brother and I share a PC, he can't play the game pass games I have downloaded and vice versa

    On game pass ultimate both accounts need to have the game pass since there isn't any game sharing on pc, I came across the same issue but it fixed itself when both myself and partner got Xbox game pass ultimate at the same time.

    On PC, even if Xbox Game Pass Ultimate there is no option to share it yet but if you're pertaining to Xbox console, yes, you can share Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

    We have only one console, not trying to share between multiple consoles. I am the parent and have purchased game pass on my profile. When my son logs in under his profile, game pass ultimate is not available. He's trying to get a pack on MLB that requires game pass ultimate and when he clicks to get game pass it doesn't recognize he already has it (which should be shared from my profile).
