    Issues with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate perks not redeeming


    Hello everyone,

    I'm encountering some issues with redeeming Xbox Game Pass Ultimate perks. Whenever I try to access or apply any of the offered perks, I'm either seeing an error message or the redemption process just doesn't complete successfully.

    I've tried restarting my console and checking my internet connection, but the problem persists. Is anyone else experiencing this issue, or does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    I’m sorry to hear you are having issues with Game Pass for PC.

    I’m not sure what advantages you are talking about. Which Game Pass Ultimate Perks are you trying to download where you receive this error?

    To redeem your perks, you must enter the code on your console or PC app you cannot redeem them via mobile.

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you want to redeem your Game Pass Ultimate perks through your mobile app. However, redeeming certain perks are only applicable on your console, the Xbox app for Windows, or at redeem.microsoft.com through a web browser.

    May I know what specific game pass perks are you referring to? Claimed and redeemed Perks remain yours, including third-party Perks and in-game Perks for Game Pass games. If your only access to a game with an in-game Perk was through Ultimate, you’ll need another way to access it. Once your Ultimate subscription expires, you won’t see new Perks, or Perks you’ve claimed in the Perks gallery, so make sure redeem them first.
