this might be something that needs to be reported to Google since it could be an Android related issue and not specifically Xbox related other then a Xbox controller is used

I like the idea of supporting Keyboard and Mouse for the android OS. Have you tried using a controller? I have found that most games work great with the controller on android/Xcloud.
