Issues with xbox.com website

Impossible to change account settings or even access xbox account whilst logged into the Xbox.com website.

Logging into the site does not bring up your profile in the corner of the page, but just results in 'login' which you cannot even click. Attempting to access your profile through separate links on the website just leads you to a page about changing account
settings as a parent or such. Even th link provided in the article itself does not work as intended and leads straight back to the same page - itself.

I've attempted this on my laptop, on my phone, even on my xbox one, to which they all give me the same problem.

Ontop of that, even other sites (specifically bungie.net) won't allow me to login to their site through my xbox account, as it tries to login through xbox.com - which as I've just explained - it can't.

Am I alone in this? Or are countless other people getting this same issue?

Hi Felixx,

I have no issues with logging in and navigating my Microsoft account on the Microsoft website. I have also logged out and logged back into Microsoft just to be sure, but have had no issues with doing so.

I just went to Xbox.com and was able to sign into my account and navigate around the settings.

Are you able to go to account.microsoft.com and sign into your Microsoft account?

The fact that you're having this issue on multiple devices and browsers is strange.
