Issues with viewing feed content in 4k?

1. May we ask for a sample screenshot of your post (4k) and friends post (in 4k but showing low quality for you)? Please conceal any personal information.
   
2. When did this issue happen? Was there a recent update or new application installed on your device?
   
3. Are we viewing this through an Xbox app or Xbox Console Companion app or Xbox Console?
   
4. May we ask for the current OS build and version of the app or device?
   
5. Is this showing the same quality on the website Account with Xbox | Xbox? Please let us know if you and friends is posting screenshot in different platform.

If your television does not support 4K then you will not be able to view content in 4K on it and you will need to upgrade your television to one that does.

Whats the brand and model of the TV? I have a Vizio P55-c1 and Im able to view 4k content via xbox netflix app. also which input is the One S connected to? Some 4K Tvs only have 1 input available to allow 4k
