hello, I'm currently having issues with my controller, when connected to any device either wired or Bluetooth the controller continues to spin the left and right stick, usually down and to the right. this happens both in the box menu and games, it works sometimes and when it does I can hear audio through my headphones but when it isn't working the audio does not work. Does anyone have a way to fix this? I've already tried updating the firmware and reverting it aswell, but it refuses to revert.

Thanks for the reply. The Elite controller series 2 has various methods of mapping the buttons and paddles as compared to the series 1. If you haven't done so already, I recommend taking a look at the following support articles that
can assist you in determining how to set up the different functions, including how to use Shift with the controller to give you alternate inputs:
