    Issues with the PC Game Bar


    I've been having a recurring and currently unfixed issue, where while in game and using the Win+G overlay, all interactions with a window will scroll it all the way to the bottom and select the last option. This, understandably, makes joining parties, changing settings, or even figuring out why this is happening very difficult. Are there any solutions, and is this a known bug?

    Hi there KyunKitsune welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. I suggest uninstalling the app completely! Everytime that it tried to give me a hard time I do this and it works wonders! Here are the steps!

    Huge thank you! This problem was plaguing me for awhile, a fresh install and a reset seems to have completely cleared it up.

    I've had issues with this in the past too, but its sporadic. Generally I've found in my cases, my CPU was hitting it's full 100% load and then audio would glitch out in recording but not in the game. If you're able, look at minimizing the background apps
    and resources and freeing up some memory as well. The less taxing on the CPU, the less chance of audio becoming garbled.

    If you're referring to the Xbox Game Bar on PC, it saves to your hard drive as default. If you go to the Settings app on your PC, click on 'Gaming', and then on the side bar, click on 'Captures'. That will show you where the Xbox Game Bar recordings and
    screenshots are stored.
