    i recently spoke to both Netflix support and Xbox support about a problem I'd been having. While trying to playback anything of HD quality on it, I would get at most 10 seconds of playback, before the error message, "We're having trouble playing this
    title at the moment" Would pop up.



    This is was a recent development for me, and neither I or the two support groups could figure out the problem.

    then I remembered that recently I started to change the video output. While I do not know the software problems involved with it, I have figured out that if my Xbox one is doing a video output to DVI instead of auto-detect, that it will give me this message.

    if the people at Xbox could figure out the problem with dvi output while playing HD video on Netflix, that would be great, as I would like to watch Netflix in 1080p again instead of 640x480.

    you have issues loading netflix then get in touch with netflix, their app and service, i have no issues with it or any other things and many other are the same.

    I unplugged and restarted with no issues. Seems the problems have been fixed with some delays to the Netflix app.

    Netflix problem

    I didn't have this issue on my Xbox, but I had the same message/issue in a Netflix app on one of my "smart" TVs. I fixed it by going to the settings screen in the Netflix app, signing out of the Netflix account and then re-entering my email and password.
    If that doesn't work, you might try deleting the Netflix app, then go through the app sign-in/setup process again.

    In my experience, this usually occurs because a NetFlix stream was unexpectedly interrupted. To resolve this issue, try:

    • Restarting your NetFlix app
    • Rebooting your Xbox console
    • Reinstall the NetFlix app.
    • This is the best solution. In the Hard Drive, Games & Apps, delete the NETFLIX SAVED GAME file.

    Netflix Not Outputting Dolby Atmos On Xbox One

    This has to be a netflix issue or a MS issue but i doubt that as Atmos works for everything else. It works for my 4k blurays and the other apps. Worked perfectly on Netflix up until recently. So this is an across the board issue that needs to be addressed by Netflix.
