Issues with the giftcard

When I went to take a tape that covered the code as it was indicated, it just damaged the letters and final numbers of the code making it impossible to know the last digits. I have proof that I bought
it. But I couldn't use the RS100 giftcard. What do I do??

things sorted out. Sadly, we here on the forums lack the necessary tools to help more directly with this particular situation.

Log into Support.Xbox.com
Scroll down, Click on Contact Us
Step 2 : Select a Category, then See other options
Step 3 : Select your Issue/Topic
- Select - Show contact options
- Select – Call me back or chat with Xbox Support

If you do not see the selection that you wish to use for contact, then switch topics until it becomes available as the selections may change from time to time.

Yolu will not be charged tax on a giftcard. That would be double dipping because you'd have to pay tax on the giftcard and then again on whatever you buy with the giftcard.

I have the same issue, blackcell didnt get content, purchased cod points not there. Then i redeemed cod points giftcard - not there
