    Apparently, this error occurs when the console lacks sufficient space. According to another Reddit thread, the only solution that seemed to work was a partial factory reset; however, when I go to the "Troubleshoot" section, select "Reset this Xbox," and choose the partial reset option, the console restarts but then returns me to the same screen with the same error. Please excuse my terrible English.

    No, I'm using Devkit.

    The "Devkit Activation Failed" sign appears as soon as you press the Xbox.
    Error Code is 8015963D.
