    2nd time I've requested help and the employees either don't allow me to respond back or just don't answer me at all. I'll be calling later today as well as probably corporate too. This is unacceptable and I know they're violating SOP and their own customer
    service policies. Last chance on this forum to receive adequate assistance. My buddy bought me a giftpack for a game called Vigor, I bought him the same one as a surprise without knowing he actually already had it. Needless to say. Neither of us can redeem
    it do to this. Code is unused and I waited 48 hours for the refund option to appear but it never did. I contacted support and they completely disregarded my situation and gave me a generic response. 2nd request. Closed with no response. Call attempt and they
    hung up... I have their names ready to fire at their supervisors later today. Can anyone else please assist this situation.

    I'm sorry to hear about the issue with the purchases.Here is some additional information regarding the refund process. If you are trying to get the one gifted to you refunded the purchaser needs
    to do this.

    In regards to requesting a refund you will need to do so online. Click here to learn

    to complete the refund request form

    After you submit the request, you’ll receive confirmation and follow-up emails that will include instructions on how to keep track of your request.


    If you are needing further assistance with the purchase I would suggest to contact Live Support.


    When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call:

    • Step 1 ----click on Contact us
    • Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
    • Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

      Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call



    Please be sure to try the website request refund first, as agents will direct you there anyway. Also you are able to reply to the emails that you will receive from doing the online request directly.

    Yes, I did this and quickly updated the email with my whole story and it's as if they didn't view it. I've worked Tier II and understand the customer satisfaction is first and you'd work everything you can to come to a conclusion. They just close the tickets
    right away and give cookie cutter responses. Would like a mod to look into this and reopen my tickets and escalate them to Tier II for further assistance. If this is the kind of support I'll receive then I will never purchase something from them again. I could
    understand if I purchased something for $100 AND used the code while waiting months to ask for a refund but this is literally days later and it's unused and I feel it fits their certain circumstances clause in their ToS.

    Support no longer issue refunds they direct all requests to fill in the refund request form
