    Has anyone else has issues with this?

    Since i updated on Friday i can't switch my XBox on from the windows 10 app. Even when my XBox was switched on it wouldn't reconise this on the WIndows app.

    So i removed the device and reconnect my laptop and XBox to the wifi network, rebooted the router and re-assigned a new mac on the XBox. I reconnected successfully and was able to stream, what i am now noticing the next day or a few hours later it won't
    switch the XBox on again. I have to switch the XBox on manually then connect on the Windows 10 to the XBox to stream. If shut down the XBox from the app i can then remotely switch my XBox on and off again but once left for a few hours it will go back to telling
    my XBox and laptop are not on the same network and i have to go through the steps again.

    This isn't my wifi as no other devices are affected, i haven't moved form the same room, i have checked and there is no interference on the wifi channel.

    I have never had any issues with this previously, one of my friends has similar issue.

    Same here. Issues streaming to Windows 10 and new Rock Band peripherals but nowhere to report them properly

    Windows 10 Streaming Issues

    Hello,

    I am having an issue with streaming on one of my computers where Streaming does not seem to display at all.

    I have enabled streaming and when I use one of my computers there is no video.

    My other computers work fine and it works perfectly. I am not sure what the issue could be.

    I have recently reinstalled the Windows 10 technical preview on it to see if that would fix the problem but it does not appear to be so.

    Does anyone have any advice on what I should attempt or try? I don't think it is the video card drivers on my PC since I just updated them.

    Should add it appears to be the wake on LAN function, i have wasted my time speaking the helpdesk but they are hopeless. They think its the app but this won't switch on from my XOON app.

    Can you try using the Windows Xbox Beta App, I have found this to be more reliable than the standard release. You can have them both installed at the same time, so it should not affect the original app.

    Can you try using the Windows Xbox Beta App, I have found this to be more reliable than the standard release. You can have them both installed at the same time, so it should not affect the original app.

    Xbox console companion along with the rest of windows eight was discontinued earlier this year and will no longer receive updates. Since the launch of Windows 10 you've been supposed to use the Xbox app built into Windows for streaming

    crashes every time i start it up, after the new update with clubs and such

    New update did absolutely nothing to fix on my end. Might have something to do with me using an HP Stream 8 with only 32-bit Windows 10. Still, though, no solutions are fixing issue.

    My suggestion is to wait it out. Windows 10 still hasn't been officially released and I know a lot of the updates to the XB1 and Windows 10 are to correct streaming issues. Please standby and hope that it gets worked out before the launch of Windows 10.
