    Issues with specialty skin packs after most recent update.


    So my brother (GT: TrollingZombies) and I (GT: ) have lost access to all the birthday skin packs, Halloween skin packso abs the children's hospital find raiser pack since the last update. The licensing appears on our profiles on the website
    but it's unavailable for re-download from the console store. And despite them being downloaded prior to the update in game the spots where they should be in the skin pack selection appear as a blank bar showing default skins. Un-installing and re-installing
    the base game hasn't resolved. And as mentioned above re-downloading of the packs that are the problem packs appears to not be an option. Help?

    After the most recent update issues signing in

    After getting the most recent update 23/02/12 I have had issues signing into my account. My auto sign in seems to be switched off and I have no idea where to check for this on the new dashboard. I then try to sign in and as it's loafing it refuses to log
    in and remains in the loading/buffering screen. What can I do to change this?

    Sorry, but it's not an issue with the disc (I've completed the game already), it's to do with the recent patch. There are no problems playing other games.. Some people have also had issues with their recent GoD purchases of Sonic Generations (presumably
    after accepting the most recent update).

    After the most recent update issues signing in

    I would recommend you delete your profile from your console and then download a new copy of your profile. This will not cause you to lose anything (unless you were offline when you played most recently, in which case you may lose whatever you did while
    offline, including achievements and in some cases game progress). See instructions here:
