Issues with signing in on Minecraft PS4

Hi,

So I’m currently having an issue where I try to sign into Minecraft on PlayStation4 with my Microsoft account, and I’m pretty sure I’ve used the correct email & everything. I did what was suggested to someone else — delete save data in system storage & reboot the game. However, it keeps giving me this message:

“Oops! Looks like that account is already connected. Please sign in with your previously connected account: TwoHurdle198624.” I don’t remember much information (if any at all) regarding that account, and I’ve provided as much as I possibly can to Microsoft support in the recovery forms. I did the recovery form part because at one point I thought maybe that username was associated with one of my other emails, but the number connected to one of the emails is no longer in service, so I can no longer use that as a way to recover the info (if it’s even connected to that email). I’ve gotten multiple emails (due to multiple attempts) from Microsoft Account Team, saying their automated system has determined that the information I provided wasn’t sufficient for them to validate my account ownership. This automated system thing is kind of stupid to me, and I would much rather have a real person look at the information I provided. I provided everything I could remember (which honestly wasn’t much at all), and I answered what I could, then that was that. I even tried one last time after the most recent email from them, and it said that my number of recovery requests has reached its limit, and suggested that I try again in 24 hours. Should I find a way to unlink it? I have no memory or record of this Microsoft account being “linked” to my PlayStationNetwork account.

That, and I’m trying to link my account “DixieNormus1206” but it says the email I use with the associated account (connected to my ps4) is already signed into Minecraft, then it keeps saying to sign in with the other username, TwoHurdle198624. So I’m not sure what’s going on with that.

I am beyond pissed right now, and I have no idea what to do. Can someone in the community please help me with this? I want to be able to play on Realms…

(Note: I am autistic, so please try explaining it to me in a way that might be easier for me to understand. I tend to overanalyze/overthink things a lot, and other times I generally just have a hard time understanding and/or digesting what I’m told, even when it’s something simple or basic.)

Update:

I even made a new gmail account and changed the associated email to that email on my PSN account, then created a new Microsoft account to sign into Minecraft with (using the new gmail), and it’s STILL giving me the same message.
