    One problem I'm having with Twitch is when trying to search for channels. You can't enter the pound sign (#) or underscore (_), which prevents me from checking out a couple of channels I like to watch time to time.

    Issues with searching on Twitch

    I'm having the same problem. It's quite awkward that this issue has been stated in December and nothing has been done to fix it. I mean how difficult it can be to add underscore to letter list. I'm quite sure that I'm not the only one having underscore(s)
    in my Twitch username.

    Issues with Twitch app

    Anyone having issues with the Twitch app. My twitch app freezes after 15 mins of use. I have the original Xbox one, S model and X and seem to only be having issues on my Xbox X. Ive done everything from multiple factory resets, clear Mac Data, cleared Twitch
    Data stream key, cleared profile and resigned back in. Hell I even create a new xbox and twitch profile to see if that helped. I just dont understand why Twitch works fine on my other Xbox devices just fine with no issues using the same wired connection and
    TV. Twitch has been no help and Xbox support seems to be giving me the run around for the past week. Can anyone help or have the same issue?

    Sorry to hear it. Have you tried getting the little keyboard for the controller or attaching a usb keyboard to your console to add those characters?

    Hi there Jay!

    Sorry to hear about the issues with the Twitch application, can you try clearing your cache? This'll just make sure nothing may be conflicting with your application.

    1. Power down your console.
    2. Unplug the power cable from the back of your console.
    3. Wait for a few minutes.
    4. Plug the power cable into the back of your console.
    5. Wait for the power brick to go from a color white to an orange light.
    6. Turn it back on.
    And try typing on your Twitch application again, if the problem with the search function still persists, try uninstalling the Twitch application and reinstalling it.

    Tell me how these steps go for you! Update me with the situation once you return. :)

    Hi thanks for the reply. I just tried both methods but the problem is still there. Only thing i can think of is will a factory reset clear these bugs i got?
