Issues with redeeming xbox ultimate perk

I’m sorry to hear you are having issues with Game Pass for PC.

I’m not sure what advantages you are talking about. Which Game Pass Ultimate Perks are you trying to download where you receive this error?

To redeem your perks, you must enter the code on your console or PC app you cannot redeem them via mobile.

May I know what specific game pass perks are you referring to? Claimed and redeemed Perks remain yours, including third-party Perks and in-game Perks for Game Pass games. If your only access to a game with an in-game Perk was through Ultimate, you’ll need another way to access it. Once your Ultimate subscription expires, you won’t see new Perks, or Perks you’ve claimed in the Perks gallery, so make sure redeem them first. -Redeem a code or prepaid card

-Upgrade and add Perks, Xbox Cloud Gaming (Beta) and more to your membership.

Thank you for contacting the Xbox support forums. I understand that you are unable to redeem your Game Pass Ultimate perks. Are you attempting to redeem your perks off of PC or console?

If you have not done so already, please try to redeem your perks off of a mobile device. If you are using an Android phone, you should be able to redeem most perks. If you are using an Apple phone, you may be prompted to redeem perks on your PC.
