Issues with Quantum Break Extras

Just called the Microsoft Store who could not help me who transferred me to Xbox representative who could not help me so I hope someone here can help because they directed me here. (Hurray Microsoft support, you failed at doing this and might change to PS4
just for this issue):

I pre-purchased Quantum Break from the Microsoft Store. The deal was that you would get the game, Alan Wake, and it's downloadable content that is backwards compatible with Xbox One. The email receipt stated that (and I'm copying from):"

[table][tr][td]Quantum Break for Xbox One - Additional Product Information:[/td][/tr][tr][td]Your download code for Alan Wake's American Nightmare for Xbox 360 playable on Xbox One will be delivered to your email address by April 18, 2016. *** [/td][/tr][/table]

It is 2 months later. I have not received the code for Alan Wake's American Nightmare and customer service for neither Microsoft Store and Xbox Live could do anything about it. So my question is, how do I get the code. I primarily bought this game because
I enjoyed Alan Wake's original game and wanted to get the extras to play them. Yet, I have received nothing.

Quantum Break extra codes

Good day Promotions team! I have purchased Quantum Break few days ago and it has been 10 days already and haven't received my promised extras yet.

 

Hyped for Gamescom 2014!

Can we just fast forward already? I need some more Quantum Break gameplay!!! QUANTUM BREAK. QUANTUM BREAK. QUANTUM BREAK!!!!
