    Hi ive been havin a problem recently with xbox video im tryin to purchase movies/tv shows but everytime to goes to the purchase screen i hit the "add payment option" the other window comes up i hit my payment (credit card) the window closes but my payment
    option never shows up....no error code or anythin i even tried makin a new live account and re-entered my card info but same results. can anyone tell me how to fix it????

    Trouble purchasing

    Can't purchase the live gold to play but can purchase movies still on Xbox video with no problems? No issues with card but still always declines with the gold. Cleared cache already and I've updated and restarted a million times. Nothing is working

    One of the issues I have with online movie/tv purchases is that my broadband speed isn't that great and many times end up with video hangs and/or blurry picture.

    I am thankful that you can still download your purchases on the Xbox 360 so as to avoid hangs and drops in picture quality.

    My question is:

    With Movies Anywhere, if you sync up all your purchases and launch Microsoft 'Movies & TV' app on your Xbox 360 can you download purchases made from other

    providers other than Microsoft Movies & TV (e.g. download purchases from Amazon video) ?

    Same issues as above. Purchased season pass and am being prompted to purchase episode again on Xbox. It's not even visible on the PC video app.

    Are you able to try refreshing your purchase history and see if that helps with this issue. To reset the purchase history, go to the Xbox Video app and then go to the My Videos section. From there press X on the controller and see if that adds any missing
    videos to your playlists. Let us know. Thanks!

    Media usage rights playback error

    Hiya Taters! Sorry to hear about your trouble.

    If you are having issues with a Season Pass, it helps to refresh your purchase history within the Xbox Video App.

    To do so, launch Xbox Video, go to My Videos, then Account Management. Once the screen loads, press "X" to refresh purchase history. Then go back and try it again.

    As I mentioned in the other thread, refreshing your purchase history will likely solve the issue. Open Xbox Video > Go to My Videos > Select Account Management > Press X

    Problem with the Initial Launch of Xbox Music & Video

    This issue has popped up again.

    I haven't seen it yet on Xbox Music, but on Xbox Video the issues happened a few times just recently.

    I'll just go threw the steps again.

    I also wanted to mention a problem I've been having with some videos I've purchased.

    It's actually two separate problems relating to Xbox Video. one the Xbox 360 & the other on Windows 8.

    The Xbox 360 issue is that all videos I've purchased I've purchased in HD.

    However "Dark Shadows (plus bonus features)" Shows I only have it in SD.

    The same problem was happening "Batman: The Dark Knight Returns, part 1", "Redline" & "Prometheus".

    The last three seem to have corrected themselves however.

    On the issue with Windows 8's Xbox Videos.

    I'm unable to download a few of the videos I've purchased.

    They don't show up in "My Videos".

    When I go to find them in the Movies store. I'm shown that I have to buy them.

    However when I go to buy them they say I've already purchased them and they're available in "My Videos"

    The three videos this is happening with are as follows. "30 Days of Night", "Silent Hill" & "Prometheus".

    I would very much like to download the videos to my PC for backup.

    Just if I'm ever signed offline & I wish to watch them.

    I've filled out feedback about this problem threw the App on Windows 8 but the problem still remains.

    All of those three purchases were made right around the time of the official launch of Windows 8.

    "Silent Hill" & "30 Days of Night" were both on sale for 800MSP at the time of purchase.

    -

    Wondering if you have any thoughts on those two issues I'm facing at this time.
