    I purchased Lightfall for 120$ on destiny and didn't receive the dungeon key, and I'm not trying to pay extra 20 dollars for something that was supposed to come in Deluxe edition.

    I have done that yes. For the deluxe edition it should have been automatically installed since it doesn't classify as another item but that never got installed.

    I appreciate for the quick response.

    The only item I received was the seasonal pass bonuses and the Lightfall campaign, so I didn't receive the dungeon key or the weapon cosmetics

    So for that link it talked me to bungie then takes me to the home screen of bungie and it won't allow me to go back and properly report the issue to bungie
