    Issues with progress


    At the end of each game, on the daily challenges, it is not keeping track. It seems to be resetting itself each day so no Silver, Gold or Diamond achievements acknowledged. Maybe someone could fix that. Never had this problem when I was playing for free.

    UPDATE IN PROGRESS ISSUES

    How long are you waiting on the update to proceed? Depending on internet connection speeds, it can take a little while.

    Hi Alvaro,

    Thanks for posting, do you mind posting what platform you're on? (Xbox One or PC) Did this start happening recently or since you first started playing the game?

    I always get a sign in failure :(

    Anyway I tried Shuffle Party like you mentioned. I got the same result as TastedEquation7 posted above.

    My issue appeared after Reseting my PC to a Clean Install through the Windows 8.1 settings.

    This issue seems to be happening to my specific PC. I managed to sign in on a friends PC on a newly created Local Account.

    Ok here is what happened:

    1) I went to the store (logged in) and clicked on the install for Shuffle Party

    2) After I saw the icon on the Metro start I clicked on it and got the following message: "Do you want to install this item?", Price: Free, Description: Activate your game Options: Install | Cancel"

    3) I clicked on Install and got the message " You own this item. Your purchase wasn't completed because you already own Activate your game."

    4) I got right after the following message as a black overlay: ""To use this app, you need to sign in with the Microsoft account that was used to download it. Go to the Windows Store, select Settings, Accounts and Preferences, then sign in with the purchasing
    account. If this doesn't help, uninstall and reinstall the app at the Windows Store."

    5) Clicked ok and nothing happened, the top right corner still shows that I am not signed in.

    I actually had almost the exact same thing happen to me earlier today and it was the strangest thing BUT I finally got it fixed. The problem is that you can be signed in to a different account in the store than you are in Xbox and sign into different accounts
    there. So I think the system gets confused since the Windows Store is separate from Xbox Live though they can share account information. It can be a bit confusing.

    1. Go to the Store app, then settings in the charm bar.

    2. Select Your Account. Make sure you are logged into the account you want to use for purchases, etc.

    NOTE: You may get an error that Xbox Games is no longer installed. Go to the Store and redownload the Games app.

    3. Launch the app

    4. Click on the signing in logo at the top. It will ask you to take it to a different page. Accept

    5. Make sure that you are logged in to the same account that you used for your Windows store account

    6. Close & restart the app. It should log you in normally now.

    If it doesn't, let me know what step failed so that I can help you troubleshoot further. Thanks!
