Issues with prepaid codes not working after being entered.

Today, August 23, I enter a prepaid code for a 14 day trial of xbox live gold because my gold subscription had run out. After I entered the code it confirmed it and said I now have the 14 day xbox live gold trial. But, when I went to play Titanfall or any
other online game it keeps on telling me to upgrade to Xbox live gold. I then entered in a 48 hour xbox live gold trial prepaid code because I thought the last code was messed up, and it confirmed it but then did not work again on any online game!!! Please
help.

What did your buy it with

A prepaid code or a credircard if prepaid code that would. Be why

You need for buy the promotion

Prepaid codes are set terms when you're purchased it from the retailer not the time you entered it

So it counts as a previous purchase

If credit card you must wait 6-8 weeks for the code and also you cant cancel the membership till after you received it

I've activated my Titanfall Beta though Xbox Live, but it didn't say it was queued to download...

Mine queued and started downloading right after I entered the code. May want to talk with support if yours is not working.

Usually after typing in the code before you click enter, the website automatically informs you if the code is not valid.

A suggestion would be to assess the characters on the code itself. Just to be sure that incorrect characters have been inputted.

Is this being attempted on the website or through the Xbox console?
