Issues with Persona 5 downloaded through game pass on PC.

Hello, Started playing Persona 5 over the weekend. The first day I had no issues at all, everything ran smoothly. I go to boot it up the next day and I notice the intro video is lagging and dropping frames. Get into the menu and it is taking a long time to load my save file. When it finally loads my save I am getting a max of 3 fps. Trying to do any action takes minutes, or the game doesn't register the action. I've tried changing the settings in game, outside of the game, verified game files through the Xbox app, and have now redownloaded it. After redownloading it is a bit more responsive but not much at all. It could be a corrupted save but that doesn't explain the issues with the intro video. I have also loaded and successfully played more intensive games since this issue has started to test if it was some issue with my pc. It is not, I have not tried a different Xbox downloaded game though. Please advise steps to take. And again I had no problems at all the previous day, My system is above all of the requirements.

Sorry to hear about the issue. Let's see what we can do about this matter.

Be sure to check for updates on your Windows drivers especially your graphics driver via the Device Manager.

Try to shutdown your PC and wait for at least minute before turning it back on.

Don't forget to check for Windows updates and get all available updates from the Microsoft Store.

I'm afraid if it doesn't work, it doesn't work. There is no way to fix such issues in software. Bear in mind that there is a around a four year gap between the PC release of RDR2 and Persona 5.

It is likely that Persona 5 requires specific CPU instructions in hardware that your very old i7 970 simply does not have. This is a CPU from Circa 2010 and you're trying to run 2022 games on it. If you're committed to playing this and any other modern game, it's time for a new PC.

I'm pretty tech savvy but this one has me stumped. As soon as I try and download anything from the XBox app it just says error immeidately. I've ran CHKDSK and SFC and a malware anti root kit and I've ran ADWCLeaner with the reset tags for Winsock, Windows installer, delete prefetch files, tracing keys, reset firewall and delete IFEO. It's even a fresh install of Windows and I still have the same issue

Persona 5 is on game pass though

I was just looking through some discussion fourms and was wondering, what is a game, not avaliable on Xbox, that you would like to see come to the platform and why?

For me, I'd choose Persona 5 and Team Fortress 2. I know TF2 is already avaliable through backwards compatibility, but I was wanting the fully updated version avaliable on PC.

Persona 5 is my other choice becuase I think it is a great game and some others are missing out because they don't own a PS4.

I would like uncharted to be on Xbox.
