Issues with Netflix.

My Netflix won't open at all. I can't even uninstall the app either. I've already tried to disconnect my Xbox from the Internet, I've tried disconnecting my Internet as well, I've tried holding the power button down for 3-8 seconds and that didn't do anything
either. I really cannot find a single solution for this problem. Thank you in advanced.

Issues with Netflix

For a while now, Netflix on my Xbox one won't save, where I'm at in a show, what shows I've watched, or what episodes Ive watched. I have to research for every show (Since it doesn't have it in my recently watched) and try and guess what episode I'm on.
Ever since there was an overhaul to the Netflix app, it has been a terrible app.

I'm having the same issue, gonna try to reinstall it and see if I have any luck. Quite aggravating guessing what episode I'm on.

 

Hey The Radical Ash! Are you getting any specific error message or code when trying to open or uninstall the app? Post back and let me know!

 

Try clearing the cache of the system then going back in and uninstalling the Netflix app:

1. Hold the Power button for 10 seconds until the system turns off completely.

2. Unplug the power cable from the system and then press the power button a few times to make sure all power has been drained from the system.

3. Plug the power back into the system and wait for the light on the power brick to change from white to orange.

4. Turn the system back on and attempt to uninstall Netflix.

Never mind. Apparently, the problem was in the system. According to my Xbox, I hadn't installed an update which doesn't make sense since I'm usually on daily, but it works now. Thank you for your help though.

 

Yeah that would do it because it disconnects you from Xbox Live until you install the update. At least we found the root cause there Happy gaming!
