    Issues with Netflix


    For a while now, Netflix on my Xbox one won't save, where I'm at in a show, what shows I've watched, or what episodes Ive watched. I have to research for every show (Since it doesn't have it in my recently watched) and try and guess what episode I'm on.
    Ever since there was an overhaul to the Netflix app, it has been a terrible app.

    Issues with Netflix.

    Try clearing the cache of the system then going back in and uninstalling the Netflix app:

    1. Hold the Power button for 10 seconds until the system turns off completely.

    2. Unplug the power cable from the system and then press the power button a few times to make sure all power has been drained from the system.

    3. Plug the power back into the system and wait for the light on the power brick to change from white to orange.

    4. Turn the system back on and attempt to uninstall Netflix.

    Please let me know if this works for you.

    Issues with Netflix.

    Never mind. Apparently, the problem was in the system. According to my Xbox, I hadn't installed an update which doesn't make sense since I'm usually on daily, but it works now. Thank you for your help though.

    Issues with Netflix

    I'm having the same issue, gonna try to reinstall it and see if I have any luck. Quite aggravating guessing what episode I'm on.

    Q: Can you go to the NetFlix website and stream from there?

    If yes then you might have a legitimate issue, otherwise your issue is with Netflix.
